Quick pop-ins for specific and required additional moves are either free or at an additional much lower cost.  For example, additional moves may need to be done within a few days or the week.

You will be asked to complete a confidential client questionnaire regarding yourself, the adult person you are accompanying or the animal to be treated



After Care



Integral to the Bowen therapy is after care advice which is:

• Walking
• Water
• Wait

• It is recommended to have short strolls, if possible, every 20-30 minutes. 
• Drink plenty of water.
• Wait for 3-5 days for the affects of Bowen to be fully felt.  Although, of course, relief from pain can be immediate.

• No hot baths and hot compresses
• No ice-baths and cold compresses
• Also, no other treatments within 5 days either side of Bowen
